Apple Chia Pudding with Miessence BerryRadical antioxidants
2 cups almond milk (homemade)
1 cup organic applesauce (homemade)
1/3 cup organic chia seeds
1/4 tsp organic nutmeg
1 tsp organic Ceylon cinnamon
2 tsp BerryRadial (click here to purchase)
1 to 2 tbsp organic maple syrup
½ tsp organic vanilla extract
Optional: You may garnish with chopped nuts and/or fresh fruit of your choice, including shredded apples.
1 – Incorporate all ingredients in a large Mason jar.
2 – Shake well.
3 – Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, shaking once in a while – you don’t want the chia seeds to clump up (for best results refrigerate overnight).
4 – Pour in a bowl and garnish.
Tip: If you don’t like the texture of chia seeds, substitute the chia seeds with ground chia.
