Complete Protein Coconut Whipped Cream (CP)


Miessence has formulated a beautiful raw, vegan, naturally sweet tasting Complete Protein Powder. It would only make sense to incorporate this delightful protein supplement in a raw and vegan treat! The sweet nutty taste adds such great flavour to fruit smoothies but sometimes, we need to change it up. Why not make a beautiful and fluffy whipped cream to top your favourite fruits, dessert or pancakes? This is one of my favourite ways to enjoy Miessence Complete Protein Powder.


 

Complete Protein Coconut Whipped Cream with Miessence Complete Protein Powder

CP whipped cream2Ingredients:
2 cans of full fat organic coconut milk (do not shake – you want the water and cream to separate)
2 tablespoons Miessence Complete Protein Powder
1 tablespoon Organic Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
1 pinch of Himalayan salt


 

Method:

1 – Refrigerate coconut milk for 24-48 hours.

2 – Place a metal bowl and beaters in the freezer to chill for 30 minutes to an hour prior to starting the recipe.

3 – Remove the coconut milk from the refrigerator (the coconut milk should separate – cream on top and coconut water at the bottom). Scoop the cream out and place it in the chilled bowl. You can keep the coconut water to make popsicles or smoothies.

4– Incorporate all the other ingredients in the chilled metal bowl. Beat on high, until the whipped cream is nice and thick.

5- Serve immediately on top of fresh fruits, your favourite desserts or even on pancakes!
