Fruit Dip with Probiotics


Most popular fruit dips sold in stores are full of refined sugar and preservatives. This fresh twist on fruit dip, with InLiven probiotics, is perfect for a nice afternoon snack on a hot summer day. Kids will love dipping their fruit in this “caramel-like dip”.

 


Fruit Dip with Miessence InLiven Probiotics

 

Ingredients:

fruit dip5 large organic Medjol Dates
¼ tsp organic vanilla extract
¼ cup + 2 TBSP Cashew milk (you can use coconut milk or rice milk for a nut-free version)
1 tsp InLiven Probiotics
A pinch of Himalayan salt

*Tip: You can adjust the amount of Cashew milk to the desired thickness.


 

Method:

1 – Soak dates in warm water for 15 minutes. Remove the pits and discard the water.

2 – Incorporate all ingredients in a small food processor for 2 minutes, until smooth.

3 – Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

4 – Serve with fresh organic fruits.
