Pumpkin Spice Latté (Complete Protein)


Have you heard/ read all the hype around what’s REALLY in pumpkin spice lattés at most coffee shops? The great thing about homemade recipes, is the fact that you know exactly what is in your food. Here’s a pumpkin spice latté even kids can enjoy!


Pumpkin Spice Latté with Miessence Complete Protein

Pumpkin spice latteIngredients:
2 cups almond milk (homemade if possible)
¼ cup homemade pumpkin purée
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp organic vanilla extract
3 tsp honey
2 to 3 tsp Miessence Complete Protein


 

Method:
1- In a small pot, heat the almond milk, pumpkin purée, spice, vanilla and honey on low-medium heat until warm.

2- Remove from heat, whisk in Complete Protein (optional)
