This is my husband’s favourite salad dressing. It is simple and the ingredients are very common, usually found in most households. If you want to impress your mother-in-law with your cooking, throw in this homemade salad dressing as an additional personal touch. PS – I get along great with my mother-in-law.
Sweet Balsamic Dressing with Miessence DeepGreen
1/3 cup Organic extra virgin Olive oil
¼ cup Organic Balsamic Vinegar
1 ½ tablespoons Organic Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoons Organic Maple Syrup
2 teaspoons DeepGreen Alkalising
1 – Incorporate all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk (the dressing will thicken up)
2 – Pour on your greens.
Tip: Delicious on spinach with strawberries, goat cheese and nuts or seeds. Store leftover dressing in the fridge. The olive oil will harden. Take the dressing out of the fridge half an hour before using, to give the olive oil time to melt.
